Border of medallion reads “Inauguration Of President and Vice-President.” Gold text on ribbon below reads “1789-1949/41st Inaugural/Harry S. Truman/Alben W. Barkley/Jan. 20th 1949.” Hanger bar has cello insert reading “Inaugural Committee.” Tiny spot of luster off the hanger frame edge but all else is essentially Mint as issued.
