7" tall marked "Made In Japan," 1930s. Toy works and comes with a key. Vibrates and moves about as mouth opens and closes. The cane is a replacement but correct size and style. Has hairline crack on back of neck only visible upon close inspection. Back edge of each shoe has .25" split. Darkness of black tuxedo varies but as originally painted. Overall appearance still remains quite nice for display. Fine.
