1.25" circa 1940s. Same design as the previous item but the purple on his cowl is much lighter in tone and the blue on the rim is also a lighter shade. None of this is the result of any fading. There are two small 1/8" slightly darker marks on the red background left of his face, similar even fainter mark upper right of his head, and another very light mark at the bottom of the cowl. These show very little and the piece retains its full color and gloss. First we recall seeing of this color variety.
