6.5" long with height of 3.5" nicely designed tin litho toy comes in original box. Yonezowa, Japan, 1950s. Moderate box wear/aging including lid which has some edge creases and a corner split. Underside of box bottom has 1.5" tear. Box complete with insert. VG. Tank has a pair of plastic covers, one over space man driver and the other over pistons. On left side is poseable spring antenna. Toy works and travels around with bump-and-go action as pistons move on armatures and engine illuminates. On the right side of the piston cover there is .5"x2.5" streak of cloudiness in the plastic. Toy has a number of factory paint touch-ups. Toy has some pinpoint scattered paint nicks but remains bright and glossy overall. VF.
