Although You Were Not Selected As The Grand Prize Winner, The Judges Felt That Your Entry Was So Unusual That They Are Awarding You A Monark Super DeLuxe Bicycle, Equipped With U.S. Royal Tires, Headlight And Built-In Horn And A Year's Fire And Theft Insurance.
