2x4.75x3" tall paperweight w/nickel-plated cast iron base w/great Deco design. Has actual working meter mechanism w/brass face plate reading "Cubic Feet" and listing units of measurement around four separate gauge wheels driven by moveable gears on reverse. c. 1920s. Base has raised "Helme & McIlhenny Gas Meter Manufacturers - Philadelphia PA" text. Great design. Exc.
