6x10x16.5" tall overall molded composition figure w/delightful design of anthropomorphic smiling sock atop base. c. 1930s. Hollow interior has foil "The Rubber Guild" sticker. This is blue version, also produced in a gold variety. Scattered lt. wear to paint on eyebrow and where sock meets base. Fine. One of the most striking advertising displays ever made.
