3-3/8x20.75” paper sheet issued by Phoenix Silk book marker company has 2.5x12.5” superbly designed ribbon attached to center w/American flag at top. Eagle standing on patriotic shield above center image of Lincoln and text portion of last paragraph of his second Inaugural Address. Bottom of ribbon has tassel attached. Sheet has several folds as stored causing a few light folds in ribbon. Overall paper is Fine, ribbon is Exc.
