Item Description
Both are for daily comic strip drawn by Dan Spiegel which began in 1950 and lasted until 1955. First is “Chicago Daily Tribune” 11-7/8x17.5” newspaper rack sign w/nice photo at right of William Boyd as Hoppy w/guns drawn. Light age rippling, vertical crease in center as stored. Fine. Next is 15x21.25” comic strip section for Jan. 1,1950 “Boston Traveler” w/four pages. Inside has great full page ad of Hoppy w/both guns drawn. Horizontal fold as published, otherwise Fine. A great graphic pair.
