See previous items #2567 and #2573. Offered here are Sabre Tooth Tiger and Killer Wart Hog, part of the Ice Age series produced for the final "Dino-Riders" toy line released in 1990. While the "Dino-Riders" name remained, this series focused on Ice Age mammals. Toys come w/figures of Kub Cro-Magnon Caveman and Zar Cro-Magnon Caveman figures as well as "Full Battle Accessories" that consists of armor and weapons that could be placed on the animals. Toys come sealed in original 8x12.5x3" deep window boxes. Boxes are Exc. w/contents Mint as sealed. Comes w/a VHS tape of "Dino-Riders Ice Age Adventure" cartoon. From the personal collection of Lee Volpe, Tyco Toy’s Manager, Director, and VP of New Product Development (1982–1994) who was involved from the beginning of the development of Dino-Riders, Garfield telephones and several other Tyco toys. These are the last examples from his collection being offered by us.
