12x18x1.25” deep “American Skyhawk Squadron” box by Reed Toy is ©1943. Elaborate set includes thin cardboard colored sheets, five matching plastic planes as issued. Box has lt. wear, slightly faded. VG. Sheets have a few loose perforations and bit of aging, but set appears complete and Exc. Next three play sets are c. early 1940s. “Junior Commander Set” # 400 box by Victory Toy is 1-3/8x13-3/8x1.25” deep containing “Army-Navy Combat Units” including Jeep, tank, aircraft carrier, planes, guns, soldiers. Lid has wear w/corner seam splits. VG. Instruction sheet has sticker sheet stuck to it, lt. aging but Exc. Thick cardboard sheets are unpunched. Exc. “Machine Gun” envelope by Artskill Publishing is 9x12” w/complete un-punched contents. Envelope has lt. creasing. Fine. Contents VF. “Commando Machine Gun” book by West-line is 10x13-5/8” w/three unpunched sheets. Cover has minor edge wear and dust soil. Fine. Contents are VF. Nice designs throughout.
