9x12" sheet music folio w/six pages for "A Fine Romance" song that was featured in the 1936 RKO musical comedy that starred legendary dancing duo Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, both of whom are pictured on front cover. Chappell & Co. Inc. sheet music. Both have signed front cover in black felt tip pen, Rogers adding "Warmest Blessings." Two original price stickers are also present on the front. A few pinch creases to spine and scattered lt. handling wear but VF overall w/bold, Exc. signatures. A great signed vintage item. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
