Item Description
7" tall. Pliable vinyl hand puppet. Marked on back "Wontkins Copyright 1958 John H. Wilkins Company Patent Pending." In 1957 Jim Henson started making commercials for Wilkins coffee. Over 300 commercials were made with two characters "Wilkins" and "Wontkins." Wilkins would drink the coffee and Wontkins would not. Pupper was offered as a mail-in premium in 1958. Painted features. Light wear. Rare Jim Henson and Muppet toy. Minor wear on nose and back. o/w Exc.
