Item Description
First is 4.5x6” (when folded for mailing) invitation which opens to 6x9” Four pages. Event was at Sedalia, Missouri June 15, 1940. Designed to be mailed, but unused. Rare. Second is 3.5x6.25” fold over 1944 DNC Platform with FDR and Truman. Third & fourth are two 2.25x3.75” brass unissued courtesy cards for the “City Of Philadelphia Extended To (unfilled name area) Attending The Democratic National Convention” in 1948. Next is 7.5” long 1948 convention ticket for “Honored Guest Platform” second day unused. Followed by 4.5” long used “Inauguration 1949” ticket stub. Creases. Just Good. Next is 5.75” long 1949 Truman – Barkley jugate ticket for “Governor’s Gala.” Appears complete – no perforations. Last is unused “King County Washington/Jefferson-Jackson Day Dinner” with Truman pictured on ticket. May 19, 1949. Slight curve. VF.
