Card is 2.5x4” filled in and dated for 1940 but not signed by member. License is 3.75” diameter plus attachment bar. Done in white on transparent red celluloid against metallic stippled background. Reads in full “Townsend Plan/Prosperity For All.” Oxidation of silver paint on reverse. Displays Exc. Rare. See button group #474.
