7.5" tall plastic three-wheeled pull toy with moving head. Toy whistle is attached to the end of red and white string. Comes with 3 cloth mail bags and pre-printed address cards with addresses including Santa Claus, teddy bear/Daddy/Wizard of Oz/Easter Bunny/My Valentine, etc. Also comes with tri-fold explanation of postal zip codes. Copyright 1969. Folder shows creases, o/w all is Exc. Scarce.
