Item Description
7.25x14.5" cardboard outer cover contains unused "Mattel Musical Map" cardstock fold-out that opens to total size of 14x42.75". 1955. Outer cover has images from Davy Crockett's life and shows boy in coonskin cap and holding Mattel "Davy Crockett Ge-Tar" toy guitar playing record set. Cover has wear to corners and lt. dust soiling. Fine. Set consists of five different cut-out 78-rpm records titled "Davy Crockett - Hunter, Davy Crockett - Indian Fighter, Davy Crockett - Frontiersman, Davy Crockett Goes To Congress" and "Davy Crockett At The Alamo" plus accompanying scenes and great portrait of Fess Parker as Davy. Unused and NM/Mint. Great design. Rare.
