Lot of three items signed by legendary rodeo rider, actor, stuntman and action director Canutt. First is 8x10" handwritten letter in blue ink dated Sept. 28, 1982 in which Canutt notes the inclusion of two free autographed posters. Rolled and Exc. Next two items are the previously mentioned 18x24" posters. "Yakima Canutt - World Champion Cowboy 1917 1919 1920 1923" is on glossy stock and is photo collage of Canutt's days as a rodeo rider. "Yakima Canutt - Actor, Stuntman, Director" paper poster is photo collage of Canutt's days in Hollywood and shows scenes from his films w/captions at borders. Both posters have been signed at lower margin in black felt tip pen and rolled. First poster has some scattered handling wear and is VF. Second poster is Exc. Canutt was Hollywood's most innovative stunt performer and coordinator and started as a trick rider in a Wild West show. He was hired by Tom Mix in 1917 and quickly became Hollywood's leading stunt man. Comes with Hake's COA.
