Toy has painted tin platform w/tin wheels while rest of toy is celluloid. 4" tall figure of Mickey Mouse is attached to a metal post and on top of this is a parasol w/attachments of small cello balls. Japanese tax stamp label on Mickey's rear. Toy works and as it travels in a circle, the parasol attachment rapidly spins. Mickey has poseable arms. Figure has tiny puncture on his right hip but is o/w Exc.
