Tiny 1/8" cut on topside edge but not showing from the front; McKinley surrounded by stars; steel engraving style portrait with text reading "Protection/Home Rule"; portrait set within flowing flag which has light age tone on background and some microscopic crazing; flag motif with real photo reading "Protection 96" which has larger McKinley image and last is the same design and text but with smaller McKinley image.
