Similar to the preceding item but with red rather than blue ribbon. 4.5" tall. Ribbon reads "Souvenir/National Rep./Convention/Philadelphia/June 19th, 1900." Date does not show as it is folded under to the loop which suspends 1.75" white metal frame. There was a celluloid sheet mounted on the reverse but this is now gone with just traces of surface paper remaining. However, the front holds celluloid covered real photo sheet picturing McKinley. Sheet is lifting up slightly from the left edge but is in no danger of coming loose. In our photo a white speck may show on the red ribbon but that was surface dirt now removed.
