Item Description
First is a beautifully designed 7/8" lapel stud by Baldwin & Gleason. Text reads "Victory 1896/Bryan & Sewall." Reverse has hairline cello split along the metal back but the cello lays totally flat and the piece displays Mint. This is Hake #8. Next is .75" brass medalet showing Bryan on the front with his name below. Reverse shows the "White House" and also reads "Democratic Candidate 1900." Small rim hole as made. Slight flattening of his facial details but still Fine. Next is .75" aluminum piece c. 1900. Front has his portrait and name while reverse shows eagle standing upon a shield. Rim hole as made. VF. Last is 1.25" brass coin-like piece designed to be flipped. One side has Bryan portrait and reads "I'll Match You/1908" while other side shows Taft and reads "I'll Toss You 1908." Much luster remaining. Nice group of four uncommon pieces.
