6x7.5" in booklet format w/eight pages. Envelope has Hollywood, CA. return address w/facsimile Walt signature. Inked name of recipient and trace of aging. Envelope shows moderate corner tip wear and is VG. Card has silhouette Pinocchio image on front. Choice illustrations inside of Pinocchio characters along w/their facsimile signatures. Inside front cover has facsimile signatures of Disney Studio staff, inside back cover includes silhouette images/signatures of Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy and Pluto. Totally clean. Choice, NM condition.
