8-3/8x11.5” four page “Mortgage Of Chattels” dated January 2, 1952 in the amount of $4,000,000 as loan for making “Motion Picture Now Titled Love Thy Neighbor”. Page three has nice ink signature “Gunther R. Lessing” w/ink date of “Mar.5, 1952”. Last page has Notary Public signature and seals. Exc. The film mentioned is unknown to us. Lesser was the Disney brothers primary lawyer beginning in 1929 and staying w/them almost 35 years.
