Item Description
2.25” litho. At the left, a metal tab attaches to the button a lithographed tin donkey whose body can be pulled up and down by moving a small black string attached at his nose. The movement provides the effect of the donkey kicking the elephant in the rear end. Some tan marks on the cream background, mostly around first four letters of "Democratic." Also some brown off front edge of the donkey's face from base of one ear to the mouth. Overall condition is near Fine. Reverse has Chicago address for “Character Display Co.” A very popular mechanical.
