Item Description
18 buttons from 1.25" to 1.5". The FDR in row one is a litho and all the buttons in row four except the Coolidge centennial are also litho. The rest are cello. Group begins with a 1901 button titled "Seymour Club, 14th Assembly Dist." Next comes "Citizens Taft Club/Cincinnati." This has back paper by Pettibone Bros. and is listed as Hake #3210. Other highlights include FDR/Willkie "Salesman's Safety Pin", two anti JFK "SOB Club" buttons, a Nixon jugate for "Service Clubs", two from the Watergate era naming "Sam J. Ervin Jr. Fan Club", a pair in slightly different coloration for "Rockland McGovern $10 Club" and one additional for McGovern "Million-Member Club", a Coolidge centennial club, Carter club, Ted Kennedy club, Hillary Clinton fan club, and "W.E. B. DuBois Clubs Of America" from the 1960's. All are Exc. to Mint.
