Item Description
11x14" mat has photo image of Clayton Moore as The Lone Ranger on Silver and Jay Silverheels as Tonto on Scout. Mat has pair of 3.5x4.5" openings which house vintage album pages w/blue ink inscriptions/signatures. Silverheels has signed "Best Wishes 'Tonto' Jay Silverheels" and has added his distinctive "Tonto" symbol signature. Moore has only signed "The Lone Ranger." Both come w/clipped and pasted photo images of them in character. Album pages have been taped to reverse of mat w/o regard to signatures on the back of the album pages. These include Shirley Ryan and Academy Award-winning actor Burt Lancaster. These also have clipped images pasted on. Pages have been dated 1956 by person who obtained these signatures. Scattered aging to pages but ready for framing and would make for an Exc. display. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
