Item Description
Suspended celluloid is 2-1/8". A slot at the top holds a very large rwb fabric ribbon. The event was held in Elmira. Reverse of the piece is celluloid covered with their emblem sealed under celluloid. Made by W&H. Two pinpoint reddish dots near the bottom were dirt specks now removed. Celluloid is Exc.
