Item Description
Both are for feature released Nov.13, 1940. First sheet is 9x13.75” w/7x12.75” image area in blue pencil w/two centaurs playing a game. Reverse side has applied paper sticker w/”Concert Feature” ink stamp text including “ Seq. No. 041, Sketch No. 417, Artist Joe Rinaldi, Date Aug 15”. Left side of sheet has age toning, right side has edge wear just barely into image area which will mat and frame to VF appearance. Second sheet is 5-7/8x8” w/3.5” tall full figure of angry faun. Very faint diagonal crease, image area Exc. Wonderful expressive designs. Joe Rinaldi (1914-1974) was a Disney artist and writer, working on some 15 titles through 1969.
