Item Description
Each is 7/8" except the last is 1". First is for "Heinz's Baked Beans With Tomato Sauce" with rarely seen 1896 W&H back paper. Tiniest bit of age on upper left edge. Second is "Frog In Your Throat." Pinpoint nick on lower side edge with just a 1/16" bump showing from the front. Third shows female in military uniform with text "Sweet Caporal Cigarettes." This is by Pulver and c. 1904. Back paper reads "The Purest Form In Which Tobacco Can Be Smoked/London Lancet." Light age on the paper and some faint tone scattered over the background but minor. Fourth shows "Fritz Reuter Altenheim" building with date of 1898. This was an old folks home established by the German community in North Bergen NJ., it remains in operation today. Next shows bicycle lamp "'97 Tally-Ho/Easily Cleaned/Can't Jar Out." Next shows woman seated on a crescent moon. Back paper advertises a Troy Ohio bicycle dealer. Surface is a little flat but cello is clean. Last has clown face and reads "RU Going?/Why Circusly!" Back paper by Lopez, Boston. Front shows some stain on the perimeter. A nice group of scarce and very attractive designs.
