4-3/16" tall. Inset cello panel shows clasped hands. Below this is cello "Member" panel. Below this is 1" choice color celluloid set within brass luster white metal shield. Depicts steam locomotive with escaping steam and belching black smoke. Made by W&H. Reverse has a bar to hold a ribbon no longer present but what does remain is NM. c. 1910.
