Item Description
Each is 1.25". These were very likely made by the English branch of Whitehead & Hoag although neither carries their name. One has a blank back paper and one has back paper reading "Children's School Shoes Home Made/J.Wagstaff/93 York Road/Leeds/Repairs Of The Best." Each button was produced for the 1910 coronation. The one showing a lion on the British flag is NM displaying Mint. The other has faint 1/8" age mark on extreme rim edge barely showing. These are from the Hake Collection and come with Hake's COA.
