1.75" real photo button without dot pattern has back paper by Cincinnati Regalia Co. Button is tabbed into brass rope frame. Collet holds 4.25" ribbon with text referencing Odd Fellows fraternal convention held September 16-21 in St. Paul, Minnesota. No year is specified but c. 1900. Tiny tarnish dot on the rope frame. All is NM displaying Mint. Rare.
