Item Description
Fabulous color on this giant 9" celluloid with American and Polish flags plus extensive depictions of military equipment all surrounding lightly tinted photo of young man at center. The Polish flag is dated "1830-1863." All text is in Polish with text at top translating roughly to: Many Polish Have A Homeland In America. Below, the first panel translates as: Let Us Be Falcons And We Shall Not Be Afraid Of Enemies. Final panel translates as: This Time Falcon Talons Will Turn The Enemies From Polish Thresholds. Only very slight traces of scattered surface wear in reflected light. Reverse is complete with original wire easel. Among the very most graphic 9" celluloids we have seen.
