Item Description
2-3/8x3.5" card has a line to fill in a name but none has been entered. Card holds 1-1/8" long red enamel and silver luster pin reading "Russian War Relief/RWR/For Service." Pin was awarded for "144 Hours Of Service" and below is the facsimile signature of Edward C. Carter. The FBI alleged this was a Communist front group. The man named on this card was also Chairman of the National Committee for Medical Aid to the Soviet Union. Small crease on card's upper right corner but rest is NM with Mint pin.
