Large and very ornately designed 2" tall silvered brass fob. No maker. Comes with a newer leather strap. This slang phrase originated in the early 20th century and is known as one of the very first truly national fad expressions. There are various stories about its origin. Its wide use led to the sales of pennants, arm bands, and buttons at shore resorts, parks and county fairs. This is the first watch fob version we have seen and condition is Exc. with just light traces of normal age tone on the metal after a century.
