Item Description
Bright silver luster plastic ring base marked "Hong Kong" on the underside. Top has full color flasher that alternates between images of Captain Action holding gun and knife and Tonto holding a knife. Came with the Tonto/Captain Action boxed figure by Ideal. Mint and much scarcer than the original flasher mounted to a modern "China" base.
