Card has a couple of short white marks near the top, tiny corner and edge wear but still is Fine. Card holds a 3" tubular flashlight with image of Tracy and words "Dick Tracy Secret Service." The one with the card has the original cord attached to a beautiful 1-3/8" tall two tone brass luster shield repeating the image and words on the flashlight. This is NM. With this carded example, as sold in stores in 1939, come two additional flashlights. One is the quite scarce version in black with the image and text in silver. The other is nearly as scarce in deep red with matching image and text in black. End cap includes maker name "Micro-Lite Co. N.Y." Plus a patent number. The three lights are NM to Mint.
