Item Description
15.75x20" first and only printing for Jan. 17, 1968 concert at the Carousel Ballroom, San Francisco, CA. that featured The Grateful Dead and Quicksilver Messenger Service. Striking design of an enlarged and cropped one hundred dollar bill featuring Benjamin Franklin; this was done as the concert took place on Franklin's birth date. Art by "Gut" a member of the Hell's Angels and friend of the Dead. Poster has .75" sliver off right lower margin and slight margin wear but appearance remains totally bright and clean. VF and would mat to a NM appearance. A scarce and desirable poster.
