Item Description
High quality 22x26" photo lithograph print showing classic image of The Doors frontman Jim Morrison posing shirtless from the "Young Lion" photo session. Photo was taken by Joel Brodsky (1939-2007) a photographer best known for his photography of musicians, particularly his iconic "Young Lion" photographs of Jim Morrison. In his lifetime, he is credited w/photographing over 400 album covers. This print was featured as the cover image of the "Best Of The Doors" 1973 album and was released in 1997 by Icon Art. Print has been hand-numbered "3463/5000" in pencil at lower left w/Brodsky's plate signature printed at lower right. Lower right also has embossed Icon logo. NM. Comes w/Icon COA. A superb image of the Lizard king, ready for framing.
