Item Description
22x33.25" cardboard poster printed by Globe Poster Printing Corp. for Oct. 13, 1989 concert at Jackson State University's Athletics & Assembly Center in Jackson, MS. The concert featured The 2 Live Crew, E.U. and Rob Base w/D.J. E-Z Rock. Poster features photo images of these acts. 2 Live Crew's song "Me So Horny" title under their name. 2 Live Crew caused considerable controversy w/the sexual themes in their work, particularly on their 1989 album "As Nasty As They Wanna Be," which parents and watchdog groups lobbied against, causing some concerts to be cancelled by local governments and the police. Poster shows obvious wear, w/faint moisture stain at lower left and several 2" to 3" areas of tape staining/surface paper lifts. Just Good, but rare due to a very limited production run for this poster.
