Five custom-printed picture CDs are housed in a beautiful heart-shaped, hand-carved wooden musical box w/Kurt's silly-face logo etched on the lid and Primary Wave's logo on the side. When the lid is removed, Cobain's song "Heart-Shaped Box" plays. Inside, you will find the five CDs (w/a total of 69 songs including a mix of Nirvana rarities, covers and lullaby versions, flannel lining plus a booklet and individually numbered certificate.
