Color cartoon image captioned as quoted in our title plus “Long May He Wave” and showing pelican as the “Southern Eagle.” A snake coiled around the tree sticks his forked tongue in Davis’s face. Hairline paper crease as made upper right, couple tan dots and small black marks in the blank areas. Reverse flap is not sealed. Hand colored accents. Fine.
