Item Description
3.5x11.25" card meant to fold in half and mailed with rubberband surrounding. Published by Los Angeles Souvenir Postcard Co. Card is unfolded, unused and has just light traces of age and dust, largely on the reverse. TR first articulated this famous phrase at the Minnesota State Fair 9/2/01, twelve days before McKinley's assassination. Card shows bear "Rosy" with cartoon balloon "Show Me The Enemy." TR caricature tops the stick with "Delighted" text forming his smile. Likely made for 1904 campaign.
