Item Description
4x11x12.5” tall with bright gold finish over white metal. Titled on the center base and issued c. 1933 around the time of FDR’s inauguration by United Clock Corp, Brooklyn as specified on the dial and with “Pat. Pend.” on reverse base. FDR clasps ship's wheel in center. Lincoln holds scroll representing Emancipation Proclamation and Washington stands with hand on sword's hilt. Clock is a wind-up and has run accurately for at least several hours. Bezel has 1.5” length missing a bit of silver finish. Couple small paint dots off noses, eyebrows, other widely scattered areas but paint overall about 97% intact.
