Item Description
Each is an FBI mailer 3.5x8” which opens to 10.5x16". All three are addressed to the “Irvington Federal Savings And Loan/Association Of Baltimore City, Baltimore 29, Maryland 21229.” Reverses list addresses for 59 field offices. Obverses picture and describe William Taylor Harris, Emily Montague Harris and Patricia Campbell Hearst as "The Aboved Named Individuals Are Self-Proclaimed Members Of The Symbionese Liberation Army” and “All Three Should Be Considered Armed And Very Dangerous.” Folds as issued and 1” edge tear on 475AA but otherwise undamaged. A small seal on back of each used to hold flyer closed for mailing. Each flier has added photos of Hearst from one on May 20, 1974, to two on Sept. 19, 1974 to four on April 10, 1975 including one of her in her adopted “Tania” persona wearing a black beret. She was captured in Sept. 1975, eventually served 22 months, and granted a full pardon by President Clinton January 20, 2001. A scarce group of three.
