Item Description
14x22" cardboard poster for Sept. 28, 1969 concert that took place at the Memorial Gym of the University of Maine, just a few months prior to the Supremes' final television appearance together w/Diana Ross, performing on "The Ed Sullivan Show" on Dec. 21, 1969. Poster features nice large photo of The Supremes w/large "Diana Ross And The Supremes" text, referencing Berry Gordy's re-naming of the band in 1967. Poster shows wear from display, including .25" tears/chips at upper corners from tack removal and pinholes at bottom corners and along margins. Poster also has a number of horizontal creases. Overall VG, but would frame for a nice display.
