Item Description
Fronts and backs are identical with fronts showing McKinley with his name and the slogan "Protection '96." Reverses show sunburst over mountains and wheat field surrounded by text "St. Louis Convention June 16, 1896." The first piece is white metal on a "Protection/Prosperity" ribbon held by a brass "Souvenir" bar pin. Lettering is a bit faint on the fabric but all else is Exc. The bronze piece has loop at top with 2" ribbon but is missing the hanger bar. What remains is essentially Mint. Sen. Charles Dick Collection. Scarce convention pieces.
