The lower portion of what would be the building roof is dated “1927.” Reverse has vertical pin and clasp. This was a group of government architects who founded the association in 1927 to promote the exchange of ideas to better construct government buildings. They also founded the quarterly publication The Federal Architect, first published July, 1930. NM displaying Mint.
