In front of this is a very finely detailed eagle with talons as if perched on a roof top edge and with up-swept wings. The lower portion of what would be the building roof is dated “1927.” Reverse has vertical pin and clasp. This was a group of government architects who founded the association in 1927 to promote the exchange of ideas to better construct government buildings.
