Item Description
James was Governor of Pennsylvania in 1940 and was a hopeful at the convention which nominated Wendell Willkie. Button is 1.75". Spring pin suspends 4" ribbon which shows some small light staining plus pair of tiny pin holes near the bottom. Only example we've seen. Celluloid is NM displaying Mint.
